A bed of your own, not a bunk in a warehouse
Furnished rooms in our own accommodation, shared kitchen and common room, laundry on site. It costs 2,500 CZK a month, taken straight from your pay, so there is nothing to arrange, transfer or pay up front.

Free transport to work
A company shuttle takes you from the accommodation to the depot and back. Every shift, no ticket needed.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner covered on working days, with international dishes on the menu, not only Czech food.

Your wife can join you after nine months
Once you have worked with us for nine months and the visa conditions are met, you can bring your wife to Czechia, and she can take a job at RegioJet too.

Do I have to pay anything to get this job?
No. Not now, not later, not from your first salary. RegioJet hires directly and never charges a recruitment fee. If anyone asks you for money in our name, tell us immediately.
How much will I actually earn?
It depends on the position and on what you already know. HR will tell you the exact figure for your position, in writing, before you sign anything. The only thing we take off your pay is the 2,500 CZK for accommodation.
How much does the accommodation cost?
2,500 CZK a month for a room in our own accommodation. We deduct it from your pay automatically, so you never transfer anything yourself, and there is no deposit and no agency fee on top.
How do I get to work every day?
A company shuttle runs between the accommodation and the depot for every shift. You pay nothing.
What kind of contract will I have?
A standard Czech employment contract with RegioJet, with all the insurance and holiday that comes with it. In English and Czech, so you can read it properly.
Do I need to speak Czech?
For most positions, no. Basic English is enough. If you want to learn Czech, we will help you find a course.
I already work for another employer in Czechia. Can I switch?
Usually yes. Write it in the form and HR will go through the notice period and the paperwork with you, step by step.
When exactly do I get the flight home?
Once every two years of continuous employment we cover a return ticket to your home country.
Is the food really covered, and what is on the menu?
Full board on working days, with international dishes regularly on the menu, and we asked our colleagues what they wanted.
What happens after I send the form?
A real person from our HR reads it and gets in touch within three working days. No robots, no queue.
Can I bring my family?
After nine months with us, and once the visa conditions are met, your wife can come to Czechia and take a job at RegioJet too. Tell HR about your situation and they will go through what it means for your accommodation and your paperwork.
Who takes care of me once I start?
One named colleague from HR stays your contact for everything: work, accommodation, documents. You will meet them on your first day.
